Sequential Chromatic Up/Down
シーケンス半音アップダウン

Continuous 4-note sequence with chromatic up or down. Exactly MB typical phrase.
Most case, 4th note of sequence becomes ghost note.
MB was saying he sometimes refered to guitar play.
With guitar, not so difficult to play, however, quite hard to play with sax !
Particularly notes involving Bb (Ab on C tune) , fingering ingenuity is required.

４音のシーケンスを半音ずつ連続してアップまたはダウンしていくアレです。MBの専売特許フレーズ。
４音の4番目の音は呑んだ音になることが多いようです。
MBはたまにギターのフレーズを参考にするといっていたことがあります。
でも、ギターであればそう難しくないフレーズですが、サックスでは相当難しいフレーズです。
特にBb（実音Ab）の関係する箇所でのフィンガリングは工夫が必要となります。
