The Brecker Brothers -- 1981 Straphangin'
2nd truck of album : Straphangin'.
This slow blues waltz is consisted by not a simplechord progress. (see below.)
MB solo starts mainly under the typical blue note scale tasting wild 'Texas tenor'.
Gradually, MB heaps up the sole with his favorite fast altissimo phrases.
On 17bar, a beautiful bent-up explodes : altissimo A->C (on Bb; B->D)
G(A) just beore A(B) is clearly heard, so I guess bending note is made by the fingering of altisimo C(D).
Anyway, a cool phrase.

アルバムStraphangin'の２曲目。
ワルツのスローブルースですがコード進行は上記のとおり凝っています。
MBのソロは主に典型的ブルーノート中心で組み立てられています。
出だしこそテキサススタイル（本場でもこういうのかよくわかりませんが）の豪放なフレーズで始まりますが、ところどころに出てくる細かいフレーズやヒステリックなフラジオでテクニックを見せつけています。
１７小節目でフラジオA->C（BbではB->D）にベンドさせるキメフレーズが見事。
直前にG(A)がハッキリ聞こえますので、ここまではフラジオでつなぎフラジオC(D)のフィンガリングでベンドさせていると思います。
キマると、気持ちの良いフレーズです。
