A short solo. But, this is a really good example of MB solo.
At the beginning, rising up to altissimo --- this immediately makes us konw who plays.
3-tone sequence from bass note.
Out of scale.
Off beat play.
High speed scale.
At last, rising after a moment of pricise phrase.
On simple 1-chord (G7), MB builds up such varied solo. Superb !
短いソロですが、MBフレーズが凝縮されたお手本のようなソロです。
最初に挨拶代りのフラジオへの上昇一発。
低音からの3連上昇フレーズ
スケールアウト
裏拍徘徊
高速スケール
最後は細かなフレーズで揺さぶりフラジオへの上昇。
バックは単純な1コード(G7)ですが、その中でこういったソロの構成を編み出すMBには脱帽。
